Workshop "Smart and Green Interfaces 2013 (Prague)" (21-22.03.2013, Prague, Czech Republic) The workshop Smart and Green Interfaces 2013 (Preague) will take place on 21-22 March 2013 in the building of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Národní třída 3, Prague.
Deadlines and financial limits
Deadlines: 14 December 2012 – Abstract submission 8 January 2013 – WG Leaders and Core Group will approve the final selection of presentations 20 January 2013 – Official invitation from the COST office should be issued 31 January 2013 – Pre-booking of "recommended hotels" expires – please, book your hotel before this date to take benefit of discounted prices 20 February 2013 – Please, book your airplane tickets before this date in order to fit within the budget limits 5 March 2013 – Cancellation fees start to apply in the "recommended hotels" 15 March 2013 – If interested in the guided tours through the city, please, inform the Local Organizer
Financial limits: Management Committee has agreed following limits for the eligible travel expenses reimbursed from the COST grant:
The reimbursement is secured for one participant per partner and for five academic partners per country. Number of industrial partner is unlimited. Invited experts are excluded from this rule. Please, try to keep your expenses low in order to allow more participants to come. The preliminary budget assumes that the average cost per participant will be 610 EUR, consisting of 325 EUR for air ticket, 165 EUR for accommodation and 120 EUR for daily allowance. With total budget of 46 kEUR for the travel expenses, 75 participants should be able to come.
On-site payments: The participants will be requested to participate for the buffet luncheons and coffee breaks, served at the workshop site, in an amount of 20 EUR/day. |
